Blend your own scent and pour a soy candle and wax melts with us in our studio.

Learn about the craft of candle making while you create a 200g candle, plus a 75g pack of wax melts in this guided workshop. No experience required - this is a relaxed activity, and a great time whether you come with friends or on your own.

What you'll do:
  • Blend a personalised scent from a selection of oils
  • Wick and pour your candle
  • Pour your wax melts
  • Enjoy a spread of nibbles while the wax cools
  • Give your scent a name - you'll label your candle and wax melts before you go
You can bring drinks to this workshop - we will have an ice bucket, sparkling water and glassware available. Alcohol may be enjoyed by participants who are 18+.

What You'll Take Home: Your soy candle (200g) and wax melts (75g) featuring your signature scent.

Location: 10/1A Blackbutt Road, Port Macquarie. The shop is wheelchair accessible, including toilet facilities.

You don't need to bring anything other than drinks you may wish to enjoy. Let us take care of the rest.

What to Expect
  • Hands-On Learning: No experience required. We'll guide you through every step.

  • Duration: This workshop runs for close to 2.5 hours. There is a break after candles and wax melts have been poured.

Please note: Ages 10+ are admitted. Ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Only participating workshop guests will have access to the space during the event.

  • Tool Kit: We'll provide all the materials and tools needed for the workshop, including an apron.

  • Refreshments: We'll provide a grazing platter to keep your energy up. We'll also have ice water, glassware and an ice bucket available.

Cancellations & Booking Changes

We love bringing people together for our workshops, and we do everything we can to make sure they go ahead as planned. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll have the choice of joining the new date or receiving a refund.

We work with small groups, so we’re unable to offer credits or refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you can't make it to your scheduled workshop, you’re more than welcome to send a friend in your place (as long as they meet the workshop requirements). Just let us know in writing at help@lunicocandleco.com.au so we can update our guest list and make their arrival go smoothly. If you’d like us to resell your spot, simply give us permission in writing. If we’re able to fill your seat, we’ll happily refund you.
