This is our classic candle making workshop, but you pick the date and bring the crowd! Whether you're commemorating a special occasion or seeking a unique group experience, our workshops blend creativity with camaraderie seamlessly. You'll have our studio to yourselves while you learn about the craft of candle making and create a candle of your own.
What you'll do:
- Blend your scent from a selection of oils
- Pick your lid and label for the perfect aesthetic
- Wick and pour your candle
- Enjoy a spread of nibbles while the wax cools
- Give it a name that makes it stand out from the crowd - you'll label your candle

- When the calendar appears, select a date in yellow to reveal available timeslots, then select a timeslot to start booking.
- The minimum cost is based on 6 participants, maximum of 11.
- You can add additional participants above the minimum at the time of booking.
- Please contact us if your preferred date is less than 14 days away to check availability.
If you have less than 6 people in your group, you can book seats in a public Candle Making Workshop.
Location: 10/1A Blackbutt Road, Port Macquarie. The shop is wheelchair accessible, including toilet facilities.

What to Expect
- Hands-On Learning: No experience required. From blending the perfect scent to wicking and pouring your candle, we've got you covered as we go through everything step-by-step.
- Duration: Workshops run for close to 2.5 hours. There is a break after candles have been poured.
Please note: Ages 10+ are admitted. Ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Only participating workshop guests will have access to the space during the event.
What's Included
- Tool Kit: We'll provide all the tools needed for the workshop, including an apron.
- Refreshments: We'll provide a grazing platter to keep your energy up. We'll also have ice water, glassware and an ice bucket available.

How to Check Availability and Book

- When the calendar pops up, select a date highlighted in yellow to see available time slots.
- Click on a time slot to begin your booking.
Once you book, that time slot is reserved for your group.

Cancellations & Booking Changes
A minimum cost of $450.00 is due at the time of booking to secure the date for your workshop. The minimum cost covers six participants and is non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by Lunico Candle Co.; however, you can reschedule as long as it's no less than 14 days from your workshop date.
We need to be advised of additional participants and confirm final numbers no less than 14 days prior to the workshop for planning purposes.
In the event you need to cancel or reduce the number of participants, payments for additional participants over the minimum amount are refundable as long as it no less than 14 days prior to your workshop.
Requests to reschedule are based on availability and the new date must be within 180 days of the original date.
We cannot offer credit or refunds for no-shows at your private workshop.
