Private Candle Making Workshop
Want a private event for friends, family or a work function?
Dates available in November and December for Christmas parties.
Whether you're commemorating a special occasion or seeking a unique bonding experience, our workshops blend creativity with camaraderie seamlessly.
You'll leave with great memories and an amazing candle! Your candle will feature your own scent blend, as well as a personalised label. Once you're booked in, we'll take care of the details – you don't have to worry about a thing.
These private workshops cost $75.00 per person and you'll need to confirm a minimum of six guests ($450.00) to reserve your date.
Our maximum capacity is 18 guests, seated across two tables.

What to Expect
- Hands-On Learning: No experience required. From blending the perfect scent to wicking and pouring your candle, we've got you covered.
- Duration: Workshops run for close to 2.5 hours.
- Location: 10/1A Blackbutt Road, Port Macquarie. Our shop is wheelchair accessible, including toilet facilities.
Ages 10+ are admitted. Ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Only participating workshop guests will have access to the space during the event.
What's Included
- Tool Kit: We'll provide all the tools needed for the workshop, including an apron. You'll have a selection of fragrances, jars, lids and labels to choose from.
- Refreshments: We'll provide glassware and an ice bucket for your drinks, as well as nibbles (cheese, crackers, meats, veggies and dip) to keep your energy up.
- Expert Guidance: We're here to help! Get personalised tips and advice to make sure your candle turns out just right.
- Exclusive Store Access: Enjoy a focused setting for your crafting session, then receive 20% off any in-store product purchases before you leave the workshop.
What to Bring
Bring along your creativity and favourite beverage (either non-alcoholic or alcoholic) to sip on while you craft. We'll have an ice bucket available. Alcohol may be consumed by participants who are 18+.

Once you book, that time slot is reserved for your group.

Cancellations & Booking Changes
A minimum cost of $450.00 is due at the time of booking to secure the date for your workshop. The minimum cost covers six participants and is non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by Lunico Candle Co.; however, you can reschedule as long as it's no less than 14 days from your workshop date.
We need to be advised of additional participants and confirm final numbers no less than 14 days prior to the workshop for planning purposes.
In the event you need to cancel, any payments for additional participants over the minimum amount are refundable as long as it no less than 14 days prior to your workshop.
Requests to reschedule are based on availability, the new date must be within 180 days of the original date, and the cancellation policy of the original date will apply.
We cannot offer credit or refunds for no-shows at your private workshop.
