How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $12.00, but it's free if you spend $99.00 or more on an online order.
You can buy from us in-store and we can ship your order for you for the standard $12.00 charge. (Free shipping is not available in-store.)
We ship using Australia Post with tracking information provided for each parcel. We ship to Australian postal addresses only.
Which ingredients go into your candles and wax melts?
We use 100% soy wax for our candles and wax melts. Soy wax has a longer, cleaner burn at a lower temperature than paraffin. This means you can enjoy your candles longer!
Our candles and wax melts are made with premium fragrance oils and we use lead-free cotton wicks.
Do you refill your candles?
Yes, we do. If you're a local, you can drop off your empty, clean candle jars for a discounted refill. They'll need to come back to us with their original label still intact.
Please note that there is an extra charge to clean the candle jars if there is wax residue remaining.
Where do your products come from?
All of our products are handmade in Port Macquarie NSW, using materials from Australian suppliers.
How often do you run your candle making workshops?
We don't have a set frequency for how often we run the workshops, so please follow us on Facebook or keep an eye on our website for dates as they are released.
Can I buy candle making supplies?
That would be amazing, but unfortunately we do not currently sell supplies for candle making.
