Shipping is $14.00, but it's free if you spend $125.00 or more on an online order.

We ship using Australia Post with tracking information provided for each parcel. We ship to Australian postal addresses only.

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day (not counting weekends or public holidays observed in NSW), unless your order contains a customised product. We will let you know about the timeframe for your customised product at the time you order.

We use Australia Post standard shipping, and we will send you tracking information once your order has been packed.

Yes - just choose the 'pickup' option on the checkout page. This removes any shipping fees and you'll get an email when your order is ready to collect.

We don't have a set frequency for workshops, so please follow us on Facebook or keep an eye on our website for dates as they are released.

If you have a group of at least six people, you can book a private workshop with us.

Yes! Please get in touch with us to discuss your needs so we can let you know the cost and timeframe to complete the order.

Yes, we do. You can drop off your empty candle jars at our shop for a discounted refill. They'll need to come back to us with their original label still intact.

Please note that there is an extra charge to clean the candle jars if there is wax residue remaining. We will not refill jars which show signs of damage.

We use 100% soy wax for our candles and wax melts. Soy wax has a longer, cleaner burn than paraffin. This means you can enjoy your candles longer!

Our candles and wax melts are made with premium fragrance oils and we use metal-free cotton wicks.

That would be amazing, but we do not currently sell supplies for candle making.
