How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $12.00, but it's free if you spend $99.00 or more (Australia only).
We ship using Australia Post with tracking information provided for each parcel.
Which ingredients go into your candles and wax melts?
We use 100% soy wax for our candles and wax melts. Soy wax has a longer, cleaner burn at a lower temperature than paraffin. This means you can enjoy your candles longer!
Our candles and wax melts are made with premium fragrance oils and we use lead-free cotton wicks.
How long do your reed diffusers last?
When kept out of direct sunlight and where the air is usually still, our reed diffusers will last for approximately six months.
How long do your candles and wax melts last?
When burned according to our candle care instructions, our candles will burn for approximately 40-60 hours depending on the size.
Our wax melt cubes will last for approximately 10 hours each.
Where do your products come from?
All of our products are handmade in Port Macquarie NSW, using materials from Australian suppliers.
