Shipping policy
We ship within Australia using Australia Post with signature required on delivery. Tracking information is provided for all orders using the contact and shipping details you provide.
Orders received by 2:00pm NSW local time are processed on the same day, except for weekends, public holidays or other business closure periods which will be noted on our website. If your order includes products which are made to order, such as personalised items, your order will be on hold until all products are ready to ship together.
To avoid delays and incorrectly delivered parcels, please ensure you enter your shipping details accurately. If Australia Post flags a potential issue with the address you've provided, we will contact you by email to confirm your details before we ship your order.
