Instead of discarding your candle container (or using it as yet another pen holder), bring it back to life with our discounted and eco-friendly refills. Just bring back your vessel and we will turn it back into a candle which burns as beautifully as it did the first time.
Clean it.
Remove any remaining wax residue and the wick tabs using soap and warm water to get the lowest price on your refill.
Bring it.
Return your jar to our store for a refill.
Collect it.

How can I clean my jars before bringing them in?
When your candle has reached the end of its current life, tip the remaining liquid wax in the bin once the glass has cooled. You can then remove the wick tabs and wipe out remaining wax residue.
If the remaining wax is solid, we recommend adding water at 65 degrees, filling the jar about halfway. The wax will melt and float to the top, solidifying once the water cools so it can be thrown out. Remove the wick tabs and wipe out any remaining wax residue.
When will my refill be ready?
Refill orders are put in a queue and poured alongside our regular stock. Please allow up to 5 business days. We will contact you when it's ready for collection.
If you need it urgently, please ask us in advance so we can confirm if that will be possible. It speeds up the process (and saves you more money) if your jar is already clean when you drop it off.
Can I bring in a candle jar purchased somewhere else?
If your jar is from another brand, it must be suitable for candle use. In most cases, there aren't any issues, but we don't refill candles in repurposed containers such as (but not limited to) wine bottles, vases or tea cups.
Safety first! We hate to disappoint, so please understand if we aren't comfortable refilling jars which don't appear suitable. If we discover any issues after you've paid, we'll immediately process a refund for that refill.
If your jar's capacity isn't shown on our price list, just bring in your jar and we will provide a quote for you.
Do you refill other products?
We have reed diffuser refills available so you can easily reuse your existing diffuser glassware. Refills include a fresh set of reeds.
