Instead of discarding your candle container (or using it as yet another pen holder), bring it back to life with our eco-friendly refills, available in all of our scents. Just bring back your vessel and we will turn it back into a candle which burns as beautifully as it did the first time.
Not only do you save money and reduce waste, but you also get to enjoy your favourite fragrances over and over again. Make a positive impact on the environment while enjoying the timeless comfort of handcrafted candles.
Clean it.
Remove any remaining wax residue and the wick tabs using soap and warm water.
Bring it.
Return your jar to our store for a refill of the original scent or try something new.
Collect it.
We will email you when your refill is ready to pick up. Refills are ready within 2-3 business days.

Can I bring in a candle jar purchased somewhere else?
Yes, if the jar was manufactured for candle use.
If suitability for candle use is in question, you may need to leave it with us so it can be inspected by the Chief Illumination Officer.
We will get back to you within one business day to let you know if we can proceed, as well as a quote to refill your jar. We'll send you an email with a link to pay online and then we'll get your refill underway.
We hate to disappoint, so please understand if we aren't comfortable with refilling any container we don't find suitable for candles.
Can I pick a custom scent?
You can choose from any scent we offer in our existing products, so you can try something new if you'd like!
Do you refill your other products?
We will offer refills for our reed diffusers soon, which you'll be able to purchase in-store and take home to top up your diffuser glassware.
