1. Picture Submission: Share your picture of our product/service on Facebook or Instagram and tag our official account.
2. Tagging Requirements: Ensure that you tag our official account in your post to facilitate the identification of your entry.
3. Privacy Consent: If you accept a prize in this giveaway, you grant us consent to repost your submission on our official social media channels and website. We uphold your privacy rights and will not disclose any personal information without your explicit consent.
4. Monthly Selection Process: On the first day of each month, one participant will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the previous month. You must be following our official account at the time of the draw for your entry to be valid.
5. Notification Procedure: The selected winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter the giveaway and will have 72 hours to respond and claim the prize. If no response is received within the specified time, another winner will be randomly selected. If no winner claims the prize prior to the next draw, the prize is forfeited.
6. Prize Acceptance: The winner will collect their prize in person at our Port Macquarie store within 30 days or provide an Australian postal address for shipping.
7. Prize Information: The winner will receive a gift pack with a value of at least $100. The monthly prize will be available to view on our Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as in-store at our Port Macquarie location.
8. Eligibility Requirements: This giveaway is open to participants residing in Australia. There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Employees and affiliates of Lunico Candle Co. are not eligible to win.
9. Publicity Consent: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow us to use their name for promotional purposes without compensation. Any further information would be included only with explicit consent by the winner.
10. Modification or Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice for any reason.
