Private Candle Making Workshop

Want a private event for friends, family or a work function?

Have an unforgettable gathering with our private event workshops. Whether you're commemorating a special occasion or seeking a unique bonding experience, our workshops blend creativity with camaraderie seamlessly. These sessions are perfect for beginners and those with some experience alike. Our workshops are great social activities with the perfect end result – you'll leave with great memories and a great candle you've made!

For these workshops, ages 10+ are admitted. Ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Only participating workshop guests will have access to the space during the event.

Our workshops are $75.00 per person. The minimum price for a private event is $450.00. You will need to confirm a minimum of six guests to complete your booking and reserve your date. 

Our maximum capacity is 10 guests.

What to Expect:

• Duration: Workshops run for approximately 2.5 hours. Once we've covered everything, you're more than welcome to stick around and socialise, ask questions or just enjoy another sneaky bit of cheese.
  
  
• Hands-On Learning: William and Jacob will walk you through the candle making process. From blending the perfect scent to wicking and pouring your candle, we've got you covered.

• Great Vibes: Come and connect with fellow candle lovers in a relaxed and inclusive environment. Share tips, swap stories, and make new friends along the way. Even if you come on your own, you'll have a great time as we all work together. 

• All the Good Stuff: We'll provide everything you need to make your candle masterpiece - jars, wicks, wax, fragrances, lids and labels. Just bring your creativity!

What's Included:

• Refreshments: We'll provide glassware and an ice bucket for your drinks to keep you hydrated, as well as catered nibbles for grazing to keep your energy up. Let us know when you book if you have any dietary requirements and we will try our hardest to accommodate you. You're welcome to bring along anything you need.

• Tool Kit: Each participant will get a tray with all the tools needed for the workshop, including an apron.

• Expert Guidance: We're here to help! Get personalised tips and advice to make sure your candle turns out just right.

• Exclusive Store Access: Enjoy a focused setting for your crafting session, then receive 20% off any in-store product purchases before you leave the workshop.

What to Bring:

Bring along your favourite beverage (either non-alcoholic or alcoholic) to sip on while you craft. Having your go-to drink can make the workshop even more enjoyable. We'll have an ice bucket available.

How to Book

You can book by clicking 'Select a Date' above and checking for available dates and times.

Private bookings require payment for at least six guests to lock in the date, and we need at least 7 days notice. If you want to book less than 7 days prior, please contact us first. If you have late additions beyond your booking numbers, let us know as soon as possible so we can confirm changes to catering and collect payment. Advance payment is required, as the workshop space will be set up according to confirmed bookings.

Cancellations & Booking Changes
Changes and cancellations are based on the start time of the event. At 14 days out, the minimum cost ($450.00) becomes non-refundable. At 7 days out, the full cost of the event is non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds for no-shows.
