Candle Refills
Instead of discarding your candle container (or using it as yet another pen holder), bring it back to life with our discounted and eco-friendly refills. Just bring back your vessel and we will turn it back into a candle which burns as beautifully as it did the first time.
Clean it.
Remove any remaining wax residue and the wick tabs using soap and warm water. We can clean them for you for an additional charge.
Bring it.
Return your jar to our store for a refill of the original scent or try something new.
Collect it.
We'll contact you when your refill is ready to pick up.

When will my refill be ready?
Refill orders are poured alongside our regular stock a few times per week. Please allow up to 5 business days. We will contact you when it's ready for collection.
If you need it urgently, please ask us in advance so we can confirm if that will be possible. It speeds up the process (and saves you more money) if your jar is already clean when you drop it off.
Can I bring in a candle jar purchased somewhere else?
If your jar is from another brand, it must be suitable for candle use. In most cases, there aren't any issues, but we don't refill candles in repurposed containers such as (but not limited to) wine bottles, vases or tea cups.
Safety first! We hate to disappoint, so please understand if we aren't comfortable refilling jars which don't appear suitable. If we discover any issues after you've paid, we'll immediately process a refund for that refill.
If your jar's capacity isn't shown on our price list, just bring in your jar and we will provide a quote for you.
Can I pick a different scent?
You can choose from any scent we offer in our existing products, so you can try something new if you'd like!
